Sourced from the Platt family near Congleton, Cheshire. We have sold these barn reared white turkeys for the last 4 years, and the quality is fantastic. Dry plucked and game hung, they’re really flavoursome.

**Due to the unfortunate prevalence of avian influenza, it may be necessary for us to source an equivalent turkey from another source at short notice. In this eventuality we will communicate this as soon as possible, and will match in price and size as closely as we can.
