How To Order

CHRISTMAS ORDERS

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Once you have added all your items to your basket, you will be asked to a pay a £15 deposit which includes your £5 delivery charge. We do not take the full payment at this stage due to the variability in weights of the Christmas poultry, and instead we calculate a final invoice once your order is complete. Your order will be completed in the days prior to your delivery, and you will receive an email stating the net value due upon delivery. When we arrive to deliver your order on your chosen date, the balance of the order will be payable. We take all payments by card using our mobile payment terminals so there is no need to worry about having the correct change available.

WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

Due to the area that we cover, we are unable to provide an exact delivery time. However we will aim to deliver between 8.30am and 4pm on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd, and between 8am and 2pm on the 24th. Due to the volume of orders that we will be delivering, we are unable to aim for specific times, and so you should pick a date when someone will be home for most of the day. We can deliver to your work address if this is preferrable.

WHAT DATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR OUR CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES?

We are only offering Christmas Deliveries on the following dates:

We have a limited amount of slots available each day so these will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Once we reach capacity, the date will no longer be available to select.

DO I NEED TO BE IN?

You need to be in to receive your delivery, and pay the final balance to one of our drivers.  We will not leave your order safe, or with a neighbour.

I’M UNABLE TO SELECT MY PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE AT CHECKOUT, WHY IS THIS?

We’ve either reached capacity for the date you have chosen, or you have passed the required notice period that we need in order to process your order; please select another date.

WHEN DO YOU STOP TAKING ORDERS?

We stop taking orders once we have reached capacity for deliveries, or once our suppliers advise us that they have reached capacity.  This means there is no official cut of date, and so we work on a first come first served basis.
