Our free range turkeys are locally sourced from the Scragg family near Cheadle, who have been growing turkeys for three generations,

Their turkeys have the freedom to roam and sun themselves in the field in the daytime, and are then brought into a spacious shed to sleep on home grown straw at night.

Their turkeys are game hung for 10 days to improve flavour and texture, and they are supplied individually boxed with cooking instructions.

As with all our Christmas produce, you will pay for the exact weight upon receiving your delivery (see ‘how to order’ page)

**Due to the unfortunate prevalence of avian influenza, it may be necessary for us to source an equivalent turkey from another source at short notice. In this eventuality we will communicate this as soon as possible, and will match in price and size as closely as we can.
